[PRCo] 150 Years of Transportation Celebration (August 6, 2009 @ P.T.M.)

0669 = Steve Bland, Executive Director of Port Authority Transit making
remarks (and some very good ones) at the 150 Years of Public Transit in
Pittsburgh Celebration. A noteworthy remark came when Mr. Bland indicated
that PATransit was "planning a Bus Rapid Transit line, similar to that
recently opened in Cleveland, between Oakland and Downtown." He went on to
say the BRT line could be an interim measure until a rail line could be
built.
0666 and 0667 = Pgh Railways Company lowfloor 3756 arriving at the Trolley
Display Building filled with attendees to the 150th celebration.

0668 = Scott Becker, Director of P.T.M., making his remarks at the
celebration. Yes, that is PATransit bus 5374 (a diesel-electric ) on display
in the Trolley Display Building. Scott remarked on how the close partnership
between P.T.M. and PATransit has worked out well for both parties.

0672 = PRCo lowfloor 3756 resting outside the display building.

0662 = Tomcat resting
