I just picked that weekend because of Frank Sprague and his connection to
electric railways and also that weekend was close to the last event two
years ago. Any is o.k. with me.
So, it appears that at this point the first step should be to find out the
following from members of The List:
a. Are you going to attend?
b. What is your preference as to the date of the event?
c. What would you like to do in the way of trips, activities, meals, etc
during the event?
After these two questions are answered and the approximate number of persons
attending and the date of the event has been decided then the itinerary can
be made up.
