The book (V.2) was not printed several years ago.  The book would not have
been printed without payment.

The last time I spoke at any length with Ron, he was verifying that he could
use some photos from the PTM library in V.2, just as he had in V.1.  He
hasn't yet met with me to do that (and I'm sure he will when the time comes,
because my scans resulted in some of the best reproductions in the first
book), so it is safe to say that he's not ready yet.  When he's ready,
you'll know about it.
