Well, when we applied it in Pennsylvania we applied it statewide. That
means that to get it on I-76 you also got it on I-83 (which isn't so
bad, near Harrisburg), and I got it on I-376 (which sucks for numbers
downtown, but now that I-376 will start in Sharon, well, the whole
situation is muddled)

Dude, you clearly don't drive where I do. I get on at 232 and I'm
getting off at 495: what's under construction? Or I'm getting off at
11. In the next state, counting up. Where's the state line? Could be
at 233. Could be at 509.
Of course, that's a misnomer. I don't actually drive all that much
anymore anyway. I don't remember the last time I was as far east as
Monroeville. I suppose I've been to New Castle and the Trolley Museum,
recently. That's about it.
