Ok. That's the one in question! So that makes 4:

the Castle Shannon coal incline (that went halfway up and into the
mine-cum-tunnel)
that one, at 12th St
the one up the 21st St valley, ex- of Keeling Coal
and the J&L coal incline near 29th St

just along that part of the mount, ignoring the ones up Becks Run and
at the bottom of Glass Run.

I've seen some early P&LE (McKeesport & Belle Vernon) linens which
suggest several more coal inclines were south of McKeesport along the
Mon as well.
