Dennis:

I placed all of mine in the library at PTM except that I quit  
subscribing after David Morgan died so that I do not have some of the  
issues you have.    You might consider adding some of those to the  
one I already have in the library.

That would make it complete from V 1 # 1 to 2005.   I didn't have the  
demonstration issue which was volume 0 #1.
