The draft, salary cap, and free agency tends to take care of that.  Those are three forces working against a long-term dynasty today.  But the Steelers are one of the teams that seem to be able to manage these "parity" forces more successfully than others.  
 
As Tomlin said, enjoy this moment, because it will be a new, different Steeler team on the field come September.
