Fans behavior!    No matter what city, what sport or team who wins a championship you have those few 
who mis-behave.   My goodness we (Jacksonville) have never won a championship in anything
and it would be great!     Pittsburgh Celebrate! and enjoy!   With OUT Government "Losing" folks need
something to get excited about!   And the team in Washington is a loser!    If they continue to lose you
talk about people mis-behaving???
