[PRCo] Re: 1721 near "Martin Villa" ?

It's not Martin Villa.
 
Photographer is facing north and standing on the southbound platform of the St. Anne's School stop.  These are outbound cars approaching St. Anne's School.  Martin Villa is at a curve in the distance.
 
Very understandable why the photographer chose this stop - it is/was the end of the first fare zone.  Bet those houses are still there.
