Thanks to everyone for your comments.
Note that Snow Image 15 has John Baxter in his route foreman uniform. (I 
think it is John?)
Image 86 shows Rick Hannegan who, with some help from your truly, 
organised the fantrips from 1962-67 for the PRMA (we also put out 
Trolley Fare from a balky offset machine in Rick's McKeesport basement.)

Image 69, (non-snow) shows a shoo-fly (sp?), a portable crossover that 
was assembled from manhandable bits clamped onto the track to allow full 
service during track renewal -- back in the days when there were rarely 
enough spare buses to dieselise a car line.
