Did PRC have a general policy for 'parking' trolleys
at the end of the day? Did this vary from barn to barn?

This topic will probably have a tremendous variety of
answers which will depend upon many items
including such things as location, yard configuration,
labor costs, convenience and many others.

In the 1950s South Hills motormen parked the car on a
west yard track and shop personnel then turned / moved them
to a location ready for the next pullout. What about Craft
where much backing was involved? Was this done by
the motormen or shop? Homewood stretched over many
blocks; did motormen spot cars in a certain block or
would they be directed to other locations if the car needed
service?
