John seemed to believe the list was causing viruses (I know what  
passes through the list server; it's not, but whatever)

Jim started forwarding a whole bunch of things to us for a while, the  
list server ate some of them, and shortly after he asked to be  
removed. Dunno if it was related. List server sucks less now, will get  
better.
