If it's like other "accidents" and "incidents" which happen at WDW, the
truth will never be known. When I lived in Orlando there was always a lot of
friction between WDW and the Orange County Sheriff. Disney literally has to
be taken to court to get them to release information about any occurrences
on their property. This had to be done in order for the Orange County
Sheriff to get information about a murder which occurred at WDW. As a result
of the stonewalling by WDW the prime suspect (the victims husband) was
released and fled. It took nearly a year for him to be caught and tried in
court. WDW believes they have a piece of property which is immune from the
laws of the State of Florida and the United States. Like I used to say, its
the "Dizzy Disney Syndrome". It makes everyone forget what is real and what
is not.
