You have not been driving many buses lately. Buses still have flat tires.
Not on a large scale but RTA's 750-plus fleet is good for two to four per
month. They use very small tires these days. Not like the large bus tires
of 30 or more years ago. They also use regroovable tires and "contracted
out" tire service which focuses on the "bottom line", not on safety or
service.. When the tread is down to the "quick" it is easy to have one go
flat. I would think that this vehicle would get a flat every now and then.
The rear duals are not a problem to fix right away. You can run with one
rear tire flat for a while.  The front, however, is an immediate fix.
Hopefully they have a procedure to follow in case of a flat tire.
