Some passengers have a bad habit of wadding the dollar bills into the
size of a ping pong ball then unfolding them and trying to insert them
into the machine. Too many wrinkles.....they cannot be read by the
scanners. Bills with the general folds caused by 'normal' use pass
right through the scanners and are properly read. It all ends in a few
more days, however.
