If you can walk to Steel Plaza (those two blocks are fairly long), you can
probably walk to First Avenue...if not, it shouldn't be too hard to get a cab.
Or you can spend some lovely minutes in the station, like I did in '04 because
the East End buses hadn't started running (I think the Capitol was late but
it was a Sunday, or something).
