Mr.Lybarger;
This is much more than kind; thank you for your efforts. This is much later
than I thought it would be! In a couple years the 32 would be gone and the
23 would be cut back. I wonder how they got the 3750s to and from the
West End before this date, those with the left hand doors.
This also coincides with the delivery of the 1700-series interurbans. Decisions
for both - interurbans and new turns - were probably made some time before
but how fast conditions for the need changed, almost overnight isn't it.
