[PRCo] Forbes Ave - Downtown 1958

Looks like Pittsburgh Railways was re-laying rail and/or re-paving around the rail on Forbes Ave. in town, in this 1958 shot.    There is a Pittsburgh Railways maintenance truck in the photo, and no other part of the avenue is being resurfaced.
This is from the Historic Pittsburgh site, and the description is this:
