And my theory is?  UOP is telling me that access is denied:

"None of the requested collections are authorized to this user."

Mr.Brannon states that he is not able to access the photos.  The only
one he can access is 1666 derailment;  that is posted to this list:
http://lists.dementia.org/files/pittsburgh-railways/derail_number68_ca1950.jpg

Where are the rest of these photos?  I searched  'Grant'  and the enclosed
overhead damage photo did not show;  it was in this collection.
