You're correct. Events held on June 14, Jul 12, and Aug 9 require a "church
bulletin" to get the discount. There may be more. The main thing is, does
PTM receive ANY government money? This means city, county, Commonwealth and
Federal.
At first I thought it comical that such a request would be made. However,
now, it does fly in the face of the provisions of the US Constitution and
its Amendments and contradicts one of the founding principals of this
country.

I am now rethinking my dues and contributions to PTM. While I am a member
(certificate holding) of the United Church of Christ, I, too, do not believe
giving preferential treatment based on beliefs or for 'fare reduction'.

Ed, since you are in the "management" of PTM, do you have any comments?
