I disagree. your first search, as he rightly pointed out, was worthless.

using a search engine is more of an art than it should be, so while i
chide people excessively for their failures, it doesn't make the
"you're doing it wrong" statement any less valid.

I strongly disagree.  The search returned excellent results
on the first page;  many were quoted right here.  The subject
'is' use of the term in Chicago.  It is an obscure side issue
to dissect the search;  it wasn't intended to be 'exclusive' and
as I mentioned it is obvious that non related material would
be included.  The subject doesn't warrant this level of scrutiny.

'Black Friday' is a very common term in Chicago isn't it.  It is
across the nation as well.

This is far more than making mountains out of molehills;  it is
making whole planets.

May each and everyone enjoy his holiday the day before
'Black Friday' regardless of the color, or lack thereof.
