I have 3 pawn shops on my mail route. The other day a vagrant was standing beside one of the pawn shops with 2 dogs on leashes. He asked me if I wanted one of the dogs. I suppose he had already been in the pawn shop trying to pawn his dog. Oh, I did feed his dogs a couple dog biscuits which I keep a supply of.

Didn't cross Alligator Alley. Used Tamiami Trail. Was headed for Florida
City, not Fort Lauderdale, that day. Some of the population in the Florida
City Walmart looked like they could use a good pawn shop.

Oh, the tank was empty by the time you cross Alligator Alley? Now you need
to pawn grandma in order to get home.
