I'm only slightly behind the times here, but I am looking at a copy of the
purchase authorization. The cost of 100 cars (1700-1799) was estimated to
be $2,868,665.50 on October 16, 1947. The final numbers turned out to be
$28,014.89 each for the city cars and $28,293.86 for the interurbans.

Mr.Brannon;
Didn't PRC pay $28,000.00 for the 17s?

Without a 'coast' but not a 'cause.'

They want $25.000.00 for PRCo 1772. PRCo only paid $22,000.00 for it.
