This is hardly Mr.Swindler's doing is it.  This is something
that could happen to any one of us.  Hackers 'farm' email
addresses;  they have the ability to send using the return
address of another.  This information could have been
'farmed' from any one of us;  then Mr.Swindler's email
address is randomly chosen then used as-if the sender.
It could have been farmed from one of the people that
is included in the cc: listing by some people.  I don't like
when this happens but I hardly blame the 'alleged' sender.
