3000 square feet isn't that big. I had a 2400 square foot house in
Trafford not counting finished attic or basement; Heck, my apartment
was nearly that big. But then, I didn't own a car until the first
marriage made one half-mine, and we didn't become a 2 car household
until I was like 29 or 30, and none have ever been new. I'm 36. I live
in a two-driver, one-car household again.
