Wasn't he the Michigan correspondent for ERA "Headlights" back in the day when it was actually a news magazine?

I recently received my copy of the second half 2005 "Headlights."  At least it had a picture of a PRC tram on the cover.  What a shame.  I wonder why I still belong.
