Mr.Swindler;
It is part of the job description for every and any field to be aware of
what is available isn't it. This means one needs to research the field;
it has nothing to do with being a railfan as mentioned above. Ignorance
of the law is not a defense is it; same applies here doesn't it.
It 'is' that simple; why defend this topic after the fact?
