Mr.Allman;

Congratulations on the good news.  It could possibly help to think of recovery
this way:  you are now in training to become a transit executive by sitting around,
barking orders, ignoring the outside world, but by all means shunning any active
involvement in any activity for the day or for the future.  This sounds exciting and
rewarding doesn't it.  You have Pat managers as examples.

My apologies for being so encouraging;  maybe you are actually in training for
retirement.  Please ignore the previous possibility.
