And what better source than John Baxter (RIP) could there be? Good on you for keeping it all these years.

Of course the Acme Aluminum Storm Door and Roll Sign Company may not feel the same way, since your "hoarding" the real McCoy has deprived them of replica roll sign business-------------

It was one I had had in stock since the '70s...got it from John Baxter when
he moved from Pittsburgh. Never was in a car before.

That's great! Perfect for "Little Warshington" Days!

There is a brand-new Washington local destination curtain on one end of
    4398. I donated it.

Well, three out of the five would open. Pretty pictures. Shame you can't
post them as part of your message.

The only thing that I could suggest that would have really added to the
affair, in view of the "Little Warshington" anniversary, would have been
  for
the Hamley-Hannegan Acme Aluminum Storm Door and Roll Sign Company to have
made up some Washington local roll signs for use on the Jones cars. That
company was oh so clever back in the late 50s and early 60s--shame there
  was
not a revival for this affair.

Yins might enjoy three pictures at PTM last Saturday with Pittsburgh
  cars
out. That was the City of
Washington's 200th anniversary celebration and the museum was jammed all
day. It was one of those
mid 80 degree days with relative humidity to match by the time the
    afternoon rolled around.
