[PRCo] Fan Trip, Test Run or Media Event?

Paul Weyrich took these photos during November, 1981. I see that car 1713, 
an interurban, was signed for 42/38. Maybe part of the trip, perhaps being 
used as a scheduled 42/38. Many of us have seen the interurbans used on the 
42/38 from time to time during the Pat Era.
Anyway, check these out, I love that "out the back window" shot of 1713 
heading outbound on Washington Road.
