Even the truncated service here is having trouble. We tried to bus to
the top of South 18th yesterday but Arlington, Mt Oliver were not
accessible by bus yet.

I know we're discussed it before: how long was it after the
Thanksgiving 1950 blizzard before things returned to normal?
