Mr. Cramer;

I had assumed as much;  my question was tongue in cheek--
Murphy's law in addition to educated guess for storing
the sweepers.  They are out of reach when needed.  History
suggests the need for sweepers is low - except...

Did the trolleys in Armstrong disappear during the 'last'
Depression - 1930s?
