[PRCo] Re: Not a streetcar, BUT

There are folks out here who haven't had power since last Friday.  We were
lucky...only a couple outages at around midnight, one of almost four hours'
duration and the other considerably shorter.  I wonder if they weren't
planned to allow other work to be done...lots of tree parts still lean on
wires.  But we've effectively had power through the mess.

Now the power company's being sold...

anyone want to hear about a five hour power outage?-dark, cold, no knowledge
of when it comes back on(it finally did @ 1750 last pm!) and no way to get
out and escape. We were actually kinda scared-told our next door neighbors
that the advice to check up on oldie neighbors applied to them re: us! 38
days until Spring...
