Yes, it doesn't. Not sure whether it's some defect in the link or if PaSDA is having another of its attacks of the vapors.

What should have come up was a visualization of LIDAR digital elevation data on which something which I suspect was the trolley grade in question stuck out like a sore thumb.

And, I just tried to bring up the PaSDA site and it's not answering. It does that sometimes. 

Ah. After a couple minutes, it belched out the same error message it did when I tried to use the link in my message. It's them.
