[PRCo] Fwd: Pittsburgh flood 1936

I am questioning whether all of this is Pittsburgh.   The washed out  
bridge with the streetcars in the distance doesn't make sense as  
Pittsburgh.   I think that the Franklin Street Bridge in Johnstown  
washed out in the 1936 flood and that I have seen a picture of a car  
stopped just short of the north abutment of the bridge.   Perhaps I  
saw the picture published in Ben Rohrbeck's Johnstown book?????
