I can try to "print screen" sections of them into the software, "Paint" and
make one whole article.  It'll take a little time, and when I get some, I
will try and do that.

A complete file of these in the PTM library would be useful.   However,
since they have been blocked to prevent anyone from printing them, each one
would have to be transcribed the hard way ... every single letter would have
to be typed again.   

Have you considered doing that?   Or is it something someone else (moi?)
should undertake?
