Of course this a familiar photo to me.  No doubt GE used someone else's
picture, or hired a local photog to take it, knowing full well that the
viewer wouldn't have a clue whose undercar equipment was there.  Only
railfans and shop crews become excited about this!

Hope the picture went through ... its a gorgeous photo from a General
Electric advert about 1937.  
Strange that they used a Westinghouse car to publicize themselves!
