My reasoning for it being at Arden has nothing to do with it's connection to 
Brill.  PTM had a Brazil car for quite a few years that was a basket case 
and the opportunity came along to purchase this car.  It was cheaper in the 
long run.  An open car will be a great draw and that is the reason it is 
there.  It is representative of cars that ran throughout the Commonwealth.
