Sure, it's your site and of course you are free to configure it any way you wish to.  I respect that.

But I am still not going to post fots to it when they will NOT show up in the message itself.  The fots may not be lost, in the sense that they are hovering around somewhere in cyberspace, but they ARE lost from the message in which they were originally included.

It is an enjoyable site otherwise and I appreciate being included in it.  I am just not going to post any pix to it as it is presently constituted.  I will, as stated before, be glad to send any directly to the email of any member requesting same--that way they will not get detached from the message and "lost (figuratively if not literally) in space."
