Mr.Barry;

Even more interesting is the adjacent column about Mr.Stiening,
a blind recording artist among the first.  I have heard it said those
without one sense have unusual strengths in other sense(s).  He
seemed well suited to making excellent recordings.

I wonder if the petition in the above article was part of the decision
to route the 21-line into downtown.  It seems it wasn't long after
this was accomplished.
