Mr.Long;
Apparently 1630 started life at Highland Car House:

Evidence suggests she went to Plummer from there before going to
South Hills. While Plummer and Highland closed about the same time
there was much shifting of equipment in those days. Consider that 1613
was pulled from Craft to be converted to an Interurban. Photos reveal
1619 and others possibly at Plummer in service on the 94 as city cars
before conversion. 1646 as a city car was photographed on the 87.
It is thus possible that 1630 was shuffled to Plummer because of needs
before its South Hills foray.
Here is a beautiful photo after the monitor was removed:

The 10 or 11 trolley cowl applied to this car is 'allegedly' why the car was
rejected by Pat; this hasn't been proven to my knowledge.
While 1724 is certainly an All-Electric, the 1600 as post War Demonstrator is a
stand alone car isn't it. This is what is modeled by Bowser although the fan
monitor
more closely resembles a 1700-series than the 1600. I believe someone offered
beautiful Prc Ho brass 1700-series models some time back; aren't Mr.Dietrich's
models from this group?
Phil
Without a 'coast' but not a 'cause.'

But when it was retired, the monitor had been removed.
So technically you can have your St. Petersburg 1630 in
two configurations. I think it was always a Tunnel car.
