I'm thinking they might be out of service. A lot of people look at both
Cuyahoga Valley Railroad and Ohio Central Railroad and decide to start their
own passenger rail system. They then set up a 501.3c (Ohio Revised Code)
non-profit corporation and wait for a miracle. That miracle is namely $$$$$
and a lot of it. They do not realize that just setting up the corporation
does not guarantee success.
