On the satellite view from Google maps, it's roughly the area surrounding
today's outhouse (the square green roof to the right of the missile).

Simmons was the original name of the former stop at Pleasant Street and was
likely named for the property owner who granted the right-of-way to the
streetcar company. There was no place actually named Simmons."

Subject: [PRCo] Simmons loop

Hi, does anyone know where Simmons Loop was compared to the new LRV station
at Library? The few pictures available online don't show enough detail and
the USGS and period maps don't show the loop I have found. I'm curious, as I
believe the loop existed until 2004, but there doesn't seem to be a feature
called Simmons on the map.

Thanks
