Thank you, Matt, for posting this picture.
A very interesting location. Must check for additional views.
The 1904 Hopkins plat map indicates that the land in this view was the property of Mrs. J. T. McEllroy. When her estate was settled around 1919, it included a bond for the Washington and Canonsburg Street Railway. So there is a (tenuous) connection with PTM.
