[PRCo] Re: PCC Question

If they (PRCo managers) preferred the 1936 front end they could have ordered
the 1700-series made up the same way as the DC Transit all-electrics. Namely
a 1936 body with standee windows added. Like I said, it will probably remain
a mystery. The guy who may have known the answer, Robert Parker, is, I
believe, now deceased. I know he was always an excellent source as to why
PRCo did many of the things it did and how they carried out their
operations. Robert Parker worked for PRCo and PATransit for several decades
and was Manager of Operations when I worked for PATransit.
