[PRCo] a girl that only a railfan could love?

One of the difficulties that is inherent with searching newspapers for railway history is all the other history you find.   Everything from old comic strips to movies (I found myself looking for old movies last night on TCM as a result) to prices at Krogers.

And here is an item that one wonders if she is a girl that only a railfan could love?   Or perhaps only a New York City fan?
