I know a guy who "stole" a Milwaukee interurban car. But is it really theft
if it doesn't leave the property?
After Speedrail shut down, the power was left on to discourage theft of the
copper trolley wire. Some young fans decided to take an 1100 from the
storage yard out onto the Rapid Transit line for a few blocks before
abandoning it.
I have a duplicate slide of the car sitting after being ditched.
