THREE WOMEN HURT WHEN CAR OVERTURNS
STREET CAR, AUTO COLLIDE; BOY DIES OF INJURIES
Three young women narrowly escaped serious injury last night when their auto overturned in the 200 block of East Street, North Side. [This is the block north of General Robinson St.]
Treated at Allegheny General Hospital, they gave their names as Catherine McCann, 23, 910 West Diamond St., driver; Ethel Fleming, 26, of 503 Congress Street, and Anna Spehar, 24, of 820 North Canal Street.
Three other persons were hurt when a street car and an auto collided in Carson Street at Arlington Avenue. They were James Bulgar, 39, of 448 Ruxton Street; Mrs. Hilda Bulger, 38, his wife, and Mrs. Mamie Kessner, 36, of 36 Miller Avenue, Carrick. They were treated at the South Side Hospital.
Matthew Kiray, 18, of 2328 Primrose Street, died in South Side Hospital. He was injured last Saturday when his motorcycle skidded and ran through a fence crashing into a house at 57 Sterling Street.
