Subject: [PRCo] Actual Pittsburgh Trolley Items

I'm going to "jump off the deep end" and post some actual streetcar
administrative/operational items from the period I operated PCCs out of
South Hills Jct. Hopefully, the New World Order will not collapse.
First is the card given to all operators in February, 1978. The front side
has a map of the then new trackwork and South Busway throughout South Hills
Jct. The reverse side has all operational procedures for different areas of
SHJct. This operational procedure card was issued in Feb., 1978 by the
Safety & Training Division. (Two sides to this one)

Second is the 1964 edition of the Day Card used by all streetcar operators
to record general data concerning the run, scheduled times at terminals,
fare register readings and number of fares paid. This form was used until a
simplified version was introduced in the early 1970s. Previous editions used
"Trainman No." where this revised form used "Operator No."

Third is the List of Terminal and Time Point numbers. These numbers went
into the space on the Day Card labeled "TERMINAL LOCATION". South Hills Jct
still used the PRCo time point number system while bus operators used
abbreviations for their Terminal Locations.

Just some little tidbits which maybe some of you may not have seen before.
