[PRCo] Woodruff Street to Mt. Washington Car Line

Really never saw any photos of the car line which ran from the West End up to Mt. Washington.   Here's a couple, one with just trackage shown, and the other with a car going by.
The first photo (from Historic Pittsburgh website) is described as:
